The service

OmeName generates domain name ideas, checks registry availability and links to third-party sellers. OmeName is not a registrar, does not sell or register domains, and does not reserve names. Availability shown is a snapshot at the time of the check and can change at any moment.

Credits and purchases

Credits are generation runs. A run is charged when at least one candidate receives a definitive registry check; otherwise the credit is returned. Credit packs and the directory pass are one-time purchases handled by our payment processor. Refunds and disputes remove unspent credits and the pass.

Sellers and referrals

Seller pricing, terms and registration are the seller's responsibility. Some seller links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you; others are plain links. We never rank sellers by commission.

Acceptable use

Do not use automated tools to generate or check names beyond the limits shown, probe the service, or interfere with other users. Generated names are suggestions; trademark clearance is your responsibility.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, RaptorLabs is not liable for losses arising from availability changes, seller actions or reliance on generated names.
